„Piraten“ an Somalias Küste – Schrecken der Meere oder neue (inoffizielle) Küstenwache?
Der derzeit vor dem Landegericht Hamburg stattfindende „Piratenprozess“ gegen zehn somalische Staatsbürger liefert den aktuellen Bezugspunkt der Veranstaltung. Ausgehend von diesem konkreten Fall, werden am 20. April kritische Fragen diskutiert:

* Welches sind die historischen Hintergründe der „Piraterie“ und wie ist sie mit der Geschichte Somalias, die auch eine Geschichte westlicher Militärinterventionen ist, verbunden?
* Auf welcher rechtlichen Grundlage steht der Hamburger Prozess eigentlich?
* Warum gewähren EU und NATO europäischen Reedereien kostenintensiven militärischen Schutz, wo diese ihre eigenen Schiffe unter „Billigflaggen“ auf See schicken, um in Europa keine Steuern zu zahlen?
* Welche ökonomischen und militärischen Ziele verfolgt die sog. „Internationale Gemeinschaft“ in Somalia?
* Und schließlich: Wie kann es sein, dass Fischbestände und Wasserqualität vor der Küste Somalias sich nachweisbar erholen, seit die Piraten dort als eine Art inoffizielle Coastguards agieren?
* Vor allem aber auch das Ausmaß der nuklearen, chemischen und sonstigen Abfälle, die vor der somalischen Küste entsorgt werden und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit der Bevölkerung.

Deutschland hat eine schwarze Kanzlerin. Die ADPA (afro deutsche presse agentur) berichtet. Nach dem Aufruhr um das verkorkste Wahlplakat der Grünen ging ein Raunen durch Deutschland. Die vereinten Migranten Organisatione einigten sich auf die Nigerianisch-Deutsche Wirtschaftsingeneurin als Hoffnungsträgerin. Auf das dann überragende Wahl-Ergebnis hatte bis zu guter Letzt doch niemand zu hoffen gewagt. Nun ist es amtlich. Frau Merkel gibt das Zepter weiter an Adetoun Kueppers-Adebisi. Noch am Wahlabend gab die Wirtschaftingeneurin an Deutschland werde sich zukünftig durch eine Wirtschaftsreform auszeichnen die alle Mittragen können. Per Depesche gratulierte schon wenige Minuten nach Bekanntgabe des Wahlergenisses auch US-Präsident Obame und versprach Unterstützung. Weltweite Begeisterung macht sich breit. Aus aller Welt gehen Glückwünsche ein und YES WE CAN Bekundungen aus aller Welt bezeugen dass der Beliebheitsgrad der BRD schon jetzt immens gewachsen ist ….

In August 2009 the German Black Community gathers again to see and define what Schwarze Deutsche can mean. Looking for the newest trends in Activities and success stories to share and distribute knowledge of oppression and liberation. The social networks of a virtual community brought together by the outside pressure of racism in Germany are exchanged for family ties having grown since 1985 and welcome to new community members are extended.
Black People from Africa, Israel, Brazil, Swiss, The Netherland, Austria or Black Europe in General as well as from around the Global Black Atlantic tend to drop in for an extended stay, to promote their projects or just a short visit.

AFROTAK cyberNomads were honoured with the Award Best Media by the German government Foundation Demokaratie und Toleranz

AFROTAK cyberNomads were honoured with the Award Best Media by the German government Foundation Demokaratie und Toleranz for cyberNomads activities starting in 2001 as the First Black German Portal on Black Presence in Germany. Other projects include the International Black Media Congress Berlin and May Ayim Award -The 1st black German Literature Award under umbrellaship of UNESCO Germany. Amongt the Publications of cyberNomads are The Black Book- on African presence in Germany, the Afro Deutsche Online Dossier on the Pages of the Office for public Education of the German Government (BPB) and the publication May Ayim Award featuring the entries of the literature competition. Among the Awards recieved until now were Best Media Award by The African Youth Foundation in 2005 and honourable Mentioning at the Peace Award Bremen in 2006. In 2006 and 207 cyberNomads published the Publication AFRO LOOK Online n cooperation with Ricky Reiser the offline editor of the Black German longest lasting media publication. Thus continuing a history of struggle and fight against German Racism and discrimination in the era f new media. Adetoun Küppers-Adebisi as the 1st Black woman to become an engeneer of economics in Germany is representing the Black diaspora Germany as elected Vice President of the African Union Diaspora Committee Germany since 2007. cyberNomads AFROTAK as visionaries of Black German Media Online and Offline were the 1st to promote OBAMA in Germany and openend many doors in many institutions like Goethe Institute Berlin and Heinrich Boell Foundation Berlin were others may now follow …
